The United Sweethearts Garment Vietnam successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting & combine with this is the NOS (Novus Ordo Seclurum) Training which is synonymous to LEAN. It was held at IDICO Restaurant in Nhon Trach 1 Dong Nai Province.
The training was attended by 79 employees such as leaders & representatives of different department in USV as well as the foreign employees. It was conducted to sharpen their knowledge on some issues that are essential in doing the business effectively.
Topics that were emphasized in the training were:
- Brief overview of Lean Philosophy
- 8 types of waste
- In Station Quality
- 5S
- “Thinking out of the box” activity
Long time employees were recognized and have been thanked by the General Director, Mr. Tang. Vice General director, Ms. Chua Bee Leng also gave her motivational talk that encouraged all employees to become self-developing individuals. For the company’s core value is “People are the only appreciating asset”. This training is one of the milestones of developing people to become future leaders and solution provider in the company.
