Volleyball Competition 2015
URC organized Volleyball Competition 2015 on November 21, 2015. That day was a wonderful sunny day, the event started at 8:00am and end around 1:30pm.
The competition consists of men’s group and women’s group. Total 15 teams of workers take part in this competition, which 12 teams are men’s group and 3 teams are women’s group. Among the 15 teams, 9 teams’ players are from SB factory and 6 team’s players are from SP factory.
The game start with men’s group competition at 8:30am after the warm up session. All supporters crowded around the volleyball court and cheer to their own support team. The court was surrounded with jolly atmosphere on that day.
The supporters swarmed and hugging the players when their supported team win the match. For men’s group, the champion was Lion Heart (1) team, 2nd runner was Smart Tiger team, and the 3rd runner was Dongibab team. Meanwhile, SriLanka Girl team was the champion of the women’s group, Cempaka team was the 2nd runner and SP Girl team was the 3rd runner.
After the competition end, the garbage at volleyball court surrounding was immediately clean-up under cooperation of players, supporters and URC committees. The event end around 1:30pm after prizes given and lunch given.
