Workplace Inspection will be conduct by ‘ESH Committee member’, which had been trained in disciplines of safety and industrial hygiene.

IMG_2371 14 persons from Sungai Bakap plant & 6 persons from Sungai Petani plant had been selected to follow this course. This ‘OSHA Workplace Inspection’ had been conducted for 2 days (28 – 29 April 2011). The purpose of this program is to educate the participants on the Legal Requirement of the OSHA Inspection.

The Inspection Team shall understand the methods of Managing Occupational Safety & Health. Inspectors shall incorporate auditing into its method of inspection like looking for preventive measure and evidence. After attending this program, participants should be able to understand:

  • The Occupational Safety & Health Legislations that require Inspection.
  • Managing Occupational Safety & Health.
  • What are Hazards and Risks?
  • What is HIRARC?
  • Safe Work Procedure
  • Inspection Methods
  • Reporting

The activities of the ‘Team Building’ of choosing the BLACK or RED colour in a ‘game of life’ are really excited and teach everybody on Life manner and win-win situation. All of us had great thankful to our trainer (R. Anbalagan V. Ramasamy) who had trained and sharing his expertise to us.
