The coaching from outside consultant as well as training conducted by AITC has support company to transform sewing line from modular to one pcs flow process.

Lean has been referred as Toyota Production System ( TPS ), while NOS is Nike version of TPS.

On 24-02-2011, Nike Lean Director, Ms Angela Ho has visited USH at SB branch to review its sewing line. 12 lines has been officially certified as NOS line at end of the visit.

In recognition for the effort along the lean implementation and the certification of NOS line by Nike, company has organize a dinner for the celebration On 25-02-2011 at Golden Triangle, Autocity. Team leader, group leader, internal lean auditor and operation HOD has gather to celebrate this special day which also marked as ” A New Order Has Begun ” in USH Lean Journey.
