Contribution for SMK Sungai Pasir Kechil Football Team

SMK Sungai Pasir Kechil football team below age 15 & 18 won as first runner up in Football Competition Zone Sungai Petani Selatan, and they are taking part in Football Championship MSSK Daerah Kuala Muda/Yan on 4th-6th July 2019.

USG have generously contributed in kind which total amounted to RM 1,200 for supporting the team in the competition.

Contribution to Persatuan Seni Jahitan Kreatif Malaysia (PSJKM)

Persatuan Seni Jahitan Kreatif Malaysia (PSJKM) is a nonprofit organization (NGO) established on 28 May 2007.

The NGO’s main objective is to provide a platform to share and exchange skills and expertise among members. As an NGO, PSJKM carries out a variety of social activities, especially in the field of art and sewing.

It aims to help Person with Disability (PWD) and single mothers from marginalized communities through a creative sewing learning course and opportunity to start own business through the sales of self-crafted handcrafts and products at a Handmade Market.

This will help to improve lives of PWDs and single mothers and encourage them to be active members of the society.

In supporting the organization, USG have generously contributed in kind for helping them to achieve their aims.

Cash Assistance To Employees Seriously Affected By Flood

Recently heavy rains trigger massive floods in Penang on 15 September 2017 and 4 November 2017.

Some of the employees’ house and properties had been seriously affected by the massive floods.

Electrical home appliances, furniture and fitting were destroy and damage by the floods. This flood have left great stigma in Penang people heart.

In order to ease our employees’ burden whom effected by flood, the Company has decided to give a token contribution to those effected:-

Penang Floods Contribution

Penang has experiences the serious natural disaster of floods water on 4&5 Nov 2017 in its history.

Most parts of the island and the mainland were flooded while many roads were blocked by fallen trees and debris.

The company has immediately response by contribution in kind to the victims of floods.

Thanks to Michael Tan ( MPSP City Councilor ) for coordinating the contribution activities.

1st batch of contribution in kind has been dispatch on 6 Nov 2017 to Seberang Prai Utara Rescue and Distribution Centre.

2nd batch of contribution in kind has been dispatch on 7 Nov 2017 to Penang Island Rescue and Distribution Centre.

On 10 Nov 2017, Our sister company, Daviscomms (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.(2 unit), together with VXL Alliance Sdn. Bhd/VXL Logistics Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (1 unit), Phili-Orient Logistics (PG) Sdn. Bhd (1 unit), has collectively contributed 4 units of high pressure water pump accordingly.

Each value at RM1,325, total amounted to RM5,300.

On 15 Nov 2017, Nature World Sdn Bhd has also contributed 58 pcs Kose Hand Towel, 168 pcs Penzzail Bath Towel and 50 pcs Face Mask.

Together we care for Penang, rebuild Penang, Penang to be strong again.
